Allenfort & Associates has delivered Radio Management hosting, system consulting, technical support, and training engagements for government agencies, public safety organizations, utilities, OEM manufacturers, and industrial operators throughout North America. The following represents a selection of recent and current engagements.

Puget Sound Emergency Radio Network (PSERN) — Seattle, WA Radio Management Hosting and Subscriber Programming Support

Designed and deployed a cloud-based Radio Management system to support the deployment of more than 20,000 APX series subscribers in the Seattle metropolitan area. Provided staffing for first-touch radio programming and tuning across the fleet. Currently engaged to independently host, manage, and support this critical system in AWS GovCloud.

State of California, Governor's Office of Emergency Services (CAL OES) Concierge System Support — California Radio Interoperable System (CRIS)

Annual contract providing first-call concierge technical support for the CAL OES technical team. Clients receive immediate, expert-level assistance for technical questions and issues that would otherwise require escalation through standard manufacturer support channels. Recent project work has involved rebuilding a critical virtual server (transcoder), resolving multipath interference issues, design feasibility research for a receiver voting system addition, subscriber roaming issues, and other complex system-level challenges that standard support channels are ill-equipped to address quickly.

City of San Diego, CA Radio System Consulting — Multi-Year Contract

Multi-year contract providing radio system consulting services to the City. Ongoing work encompasses fleetmapping, business process analysis, Radio Management support, and administrator and user education.

City of San Francisco, CA System Upgrade Support — 11,000+ Radio Fleet

Comprehensive system upgrade support for the City's large APX radio fleet. Services included flashcode analysis for the APX fleet to support the new trunked system, codeplug development, Radio Management system support and consulting, field programming of the entire city fleet, encryption upgrades, flashcode upgrades, MCC7500 console supervisor training, and APX subscriber tuning and alignment.

Dairyland Power Cooperative — LaCrosse, WI Ongoing Radio System Support Retainer — 70+ Site MOTOTRBO Capacity Max System

Annual retainer providing comprehensive radio system consulting and support for a large, complex MOTOTRBO Capacity Max trunking system. Services include technical support, fleetmapping, Radio Management support, purchasing consultation, administrator and user training, and support for ancillary subsystems including Avtec dispatch and TRBONet. Allenfort & Associates has provided system operations continuity through multiple personnel transitions and supported the addition of new trunking sites to the system.

Ventura County, CA Radio Management Design, Deployment, and Training

Designed and deployed a cloud-based APX Radio Management system serving the County and three additional municipal customers. Integrated a centralized Device Programmer for the County with local Device Programmers at each municipal customer site, all interfacing with the County's hosted RM server.

Merced County, CA Radio Management Design, Deployment, and Training

Designed and deployed an on-premises APX Radio Management system for the County. Provided business process analysis, IP networking support, and administrator and user training.

City of Stockton, CA Radio Management System Installation and Technical Consultation

Engaged on two separate occasions with the City of Stockton. Initially deployed and configured their Radio Management system. Subsequently engaged to provide technical consultation and knowledge transfer to the City's radio system staff on Radio Management operations and best practices.

National Institutes of Health — Bethesda, MD Radio Management Troubleshooting, Reconfiguration, and Training

Engaged to address a Radio Management system that had been staged incorrectly and did not meet the agency's security requirements. Reconfigured the system to meet requirements and trained NIH and on-site staff in proper system use.

Motorola Solutions' Largest North American Channel Partner Technician Certification Training Program Development and Delivery

Developed and delivered a bespoke technician certification preparation program for Motorola Solutions' largest North American channel partner. The program was delivered live-virtually to more than 80 technicians. Participants achieved a 97% first-time pass rate on an industry communications technician certification exam. This program is now part of Allenfort & Associates' proprietary training portfolio.
